The process

Completing the Transaction

We analyze every application that is submitted to Streamline, each deal goes through a thorough screening process before being presented to our investors. We work with only hand picked accredited appraisers and real estate lawyers. At Streamline, we ensure that all the due diligence is completed for you and presented prior to funding any transaction.

Deal Received

A fully packaged mortgage application and supporting documents are submitted to Streamline Investments.

Deal Review

The underwriter completes the due diligence on the file.

Commitment

Conditional approval is issued with terms of the mortgage outlined.

Second Review

The Commitment is signed back and is reviewed once more by management.

Lawyers (Final Review)

The mortgage is instructed to the lawyer for final review signing.

Registration

The mortgage is registered against the title of the borrower's property with post dated cheques delivered.
