Who Borrows from Streamline?

Streamline lends money to people who would or have been turned down by more traditional institutional lenders like banks, credit unions or large alternative lenders. As such, we are able to charge significantly higher interest rates on the mortgages we provide. With the hot housing markets in areas such as the GTA and Vancouver, many borrowers have sought money from Streamline to purchase homes or bridge gaps in funding. We have a maximum loan-to-value of 80% in most geographical areas in each province. Streamline will deploy it’s private mortgage investmets on First Mortgages and Second Mortgages as well as bridge loans in urban cities with a consideration for rural areas at a lower loan-to-value of 70% to minimize risk.

All 1st or 2nd mortgages are registered against the subject property. All mortgages are required to have title insurance prior to funding. We allow a maximum to loan-to-value up to 80% with a minimum property value of $400,000.
